Mom suffers a broken hip and is discharged from the hospital into a rehabilitation facility. She desperately wants to move back home. Mom’s three kids want to make things work for her at home, but they have busy schedules of their own. Mom’s youngest daughter knows if mom moves back home, then everything is going to fall on her shoulders. In tears she finally tells her siblings, “I am not going to be able to do this all myself”! At this presentation we will take a look at how family dynamics, finances and legal considerations impact mom’s living arrangements.
